The Charles County Youth Orchestra is the newest branch of PTP's ENCORE. This group was not begun by PTP, but rather adopted by PTP. It is PTP's hope that, by having the orchestra under our umbrella, the orchestra will continue to grow and thrive in our community. This is also a wonderful avenue for providing ensemble experience for future PIT members for PTP mainstage productions!
The orchestra performed along with the ENCORE KIDS at two separate occasions in 2003 alone. Both times, each group performed separately, and then joined forces to really WOW the audiences! We look forward to great things from this group in the future.
